Season the shrimp with pepper and salt, to taste.
Bring out the large skillet and put on the stove. Add olive oil and heat to medium-high temperature.
Add the shrimps; frequently stir in until its cook, pink and tender and no longer translucent. This is approximately for about 3 minutes.
If the shrimps are already cooked, set them aside.
Add garlic to the skillet; frequently stir until you can smell its fragrance, approximately about 2-3 minutes. Avoid making it brown because it will only make the dish bitter.
Add and stir lemon juice and white wine. Boil then simmer until the wine is reduced to half.
Add other spices like rosemary, oregano, and thyme. Add some Italian seasoning.
Add some butter, but make sure the heat is reduced to low. The butter added should be two tablespoons at a time. Wait until it’s smooth and melty.
Add the shrimp back into the sauce you’re cooking, and then add parsley. Season the sauce with pepper and salt.
Immediately serve it, with Parmesan cheese on top if you prefer it. Enjoy your meal! You can also watch this video to guide you more.
