Ingredients
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup dry sherry
  • ½ cup reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 big shallot
  • 4 ounce cube steaks
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. reduced-fat sour cream
Instructions
  1. Dust the steaks with ½ teaspoon of salt and pepper. Heat oil in a non-stick skill over medium heat. Add the steaks and start cooking. Transfer the steaks to your plate.

  2. Add the remaining oil to your pan and add shallot, mushrooms and the remaining pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown. Dust with flour and cook, stir for 4 minutes. Add, sherry, broth, and thyme; bring it to a boil and cook until dense to cover the back of the spoon. Take away from the heat and mix in sour cream. Return the steak to the pan and coat with the sauce.

Instructions
  1. Brown the cube steak in skillet.
  2. Place the steaks on the ovenproof baking plate.
  3. Transfer mushroom soup over steaks.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. cubed steaks
Instructions
  1. In a plastic bag, add black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, onion, salt, and flour.
  2. Add the cubed steak in the flour mixture and coat it well. Heat the oil and butter in a big frying pan, add the cubed steak, and brown it on both sides for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Take away cubed steaks. Add can mushroom soup, heavy whipping cream, and water to the pan drippings and stir well. Add cubed steak to the pan again and simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes. Turn the cubed steaks when simmering.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups beef stock
  • 6 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8-10 oz. fresh mushroom
  • 4-6 big cube steaks
Instructions
  1. Combine the seasoned four ingredients. Put around ½ cups on the plate and comb the cube steaks.

  2. Heat a big skillet over a high heat and add the two tablespoons of olive oil. Add the mushroom and mix until it’s golden. Remove mushrooms from the pan. 

  3. Lessen heat to medium-high. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and brown the cube steaks. Repeat the process for the remaining shift. Eliminate the browned cube steaks from your pan. Deglaze your pan along with the beef stock.

  4. Put the steaks, onions, mushrooms in the pan. Cook and cover for 30-40 minutes. Add everything back to your pan and heat through.

  • 4 cube steaks

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. whiskey
  • 1 big shallot
  • 2 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • ½ cup reduced-sodium beef broth
